What is your shipping policy?
It takes 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. It takes between 2 to 7 business days within the United States to receive (excluding holidays).
Shipments are mailed after you have confirmed your order and payment is approved. This can take 1-3 business days. Please order a week in advance to receive your items before your special day (birthdays, graduations, weddings etc).
We will email you the tracking number once your hair has been shipped..

How much is shipping?
Standard Ground Shipping is $8.00. International shipping is $30.00 (If ordering international please email anointedhairpassion@gmail.com failure to do so will result in delays)

How long does express shipping take?
We use USPS Express Next Business Day shipping. There is a flat fee of $30 for this service. Orders received after 1 pm EST, will be shipped on the next business day

How can I track my order?
A confirmation number will be emailed to the address you provide once your order is dispatched. You may enter this number into the tracking field at usps.com to monitor the delivery on your purchase. If you do not receive this email please send us an email anointedhairpassion@gmail.com

What is your exchange/return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Our hair undergoes a strict quality control process to ensure that our customers receive only the best virgin hair. We do not honor refunds. We will exchange unused hair within 3 days of purchase. Receipt must be accompanied with the exchange products. Hair that show signs of use, washing, coloring, cut wefts etc. will NOT be accepted.

My order shipped, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
The first thing you should do is check the tracking number. Often customers may miss the delivery of their item (signature is required) and he or she will then have to sign for the item at the post office. Identification and the tracking number will be needed when picking up the item from the post office or the notice which is left on your door

I received my tracking number, but the system does not display any information, what should I do?
USPS updates their system every 24 hours, if you do not see an update with delivery information within 48 hours of ordering please contact us
